Conferencia virtual organizada dentro del marco del Máster en Desarrollo de Software del Departamento de Lenguajes y Sistemas Informáticos de la Universidad de Granada, con el apoyo de la Escuela Internacional de Posgrado, que será impartida por Anna Esposito (Università della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”, Dept of Psychology, and IIASS, Caserta Italy).
Resumen:
There is a huge demand to develop complex autonomous systems capable of assisting people with depression. One solution is to develop complex autonomous systems, in the form of socially and emotionally believable ICT interfaces capable of:
• detecting the onset of such disorders
• providing, where possible, initial on-demand support
• offering doctors’ sustenance for diagnoses and treatments
• suggesting strategies for favoring social inclusion and wellbeing
• «meeting» users’ expectations and demands
How endorse machines of an effective ability to process behavioral and contextual information is the challenge of AI algorithms. In this talk results are reported on investigations devoted to face these challenges. Particularly the talk will report on we will consider some aspects of this challenges such as which are the differences in speaking, writing and decoding emotional expressions between typical and depressed subjects.
