Introduction to the overall project.

Requisitos:Applications are invited from graduates with a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Process  Engineering or other appropriate disciplines. Experience and/or interest in modern methods of microbial and instrumental analysis would be desirable. The successful applicant will initially register for a
Masters degree with the possibility of extension to a PhD (up to 4 years
funding available).
