BACKGROUND
The Biocolloid and Fluid Physics group (http://biocol.ugr.es) is an internationally recognized group belonging to the Department of Applied Physics (http://fisicaaplicada.ugr.es) of the University of Granada (http://www.ugr.es). For the 25th Anniversary celebration of the group, the first edition of the Workshop on Advances in Colloidal Materials will be held in Granada on 23th September 2011. The meeting is dedicated to the field of colloid and interface science. It provides an opportunity for scientists and colleagues to come together to analyse and discuss the state of the art and the future of colloid science.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Except for the invited lectures, the contributions will be poster. An extended version of all the contributions will be published in a proceedings book. The deadlines for submission of abstracts and extended papers are 1st May 2011 and 1st June 2011, respectively.
